Getting to work for any UN organization, especially the WHO, is very difficult and most people do not get that opportunity. Most people who do end up working with any of these organizations either has obtained an advanced degree and is considered an expert in their field (this is especially the case for the WHO) or has begun as a UN volunteer. Keep in mind that it is very difficult to become a UN volunteer, but doing so does almost assure you a chance for a position somewhere in the UN hierarchy later on. Rather than go through all the qualifications here, follow the link and read up about this. Again it is competitive but good luck to you.
