The rich people are becoming more richer because of the economic institutions established by governments for their benefit.

Both institutions have done what they were set up to do, which was to help rebuild shattered countries after world war two. Now any country that is aided by them has to follow a set of rules in order to get the cash, this is where the Neo-liberalism comes in.
